Our chestnut shortcake is made with three layers of vanilla genoise and covered with our classic chantilly cream. Each layer is brushed with a blackcurrant syrup and filled with pieces of chestnut and chestnut chantilly. The cake is decorated with chestnut chantilly and pieces of chestnut.
