Our fluffy matcha chiffon cake is covered with Chantilly cream. The sponge has a cotton soft texture and with the right amount of moisture and light Chantilly cream. Each cake has two layers, with seedless raspberry jam and chantilly cream between each layer. The optional decoration includes fresh raspberries.
