Our fluffy hojicha chiffon cake is covered with Chantilly cream. The sponge has a cotton soft texture and with the right amount of moisture and light Chantilly cream. Each cake has two layers, with a yuzu-honey jam and chantilly cream between each layer. The optional decoration includes dehydrated orange slices.
