Our fluffy black sesame chiffon cake is covered with black sesame cream. The sponge has a cotton soft texture and with the right amount of moisture and light Chantilly cream. Each cake has two layers, with black sesame cream and fresh raspberries between each layer. The cake is decorated with fresh raspberries.
