Our Green Grapes Shortcake consists of earl grey genoise covered with fresh chantilly cream and topped with fresh green grapes.
The fluffy earl grey genoise sponge has a light and moist texture. Each cake is cut into three layers brushed with our homemade earl grey simple syrup, with freshly cut green grapes and chantilly cream between each layer.
