Introducing our limited-edition Strawberry & Ube Shortcake, created to celebrate the moms (and mom figures) who make life so sweet.
Our Mother’s Day cake consists of a vanilla genoise covered with fresh chantilly cream and piped floral designs.
Each cake is cut into three layers brushed with our homemade simple syrup, raspberry jam with freshly cut strawberries and a ube chantilly cream between each layer.
